[Eeglablist] Confusion with last version of EEGLAB

Dear Edward,
Here is the information on how to get the latest releases (see here
<https://sccn.ucsd.edu/wiki/How_to_download_EEGLAB>).
 Notice there is an option by using GitHub to get access to the developing
branch of EEGLAB. This is a beta version for the next release. The info is
on the same page above.
