[Eeglablist] Open portal for EEGLAB (and alpha release)

As of late 2018, EEGLAB scripts may now be run by nonprofit researchers worldwide on freely available U.S. high-performance computing resources via the Neuroscience Gateway (NSG). More details are available below.

We also have an alpha (meaning experimental) version of an EEGLAB plug-in to submit jobs to NSG directly from EEGLAB, and will welcome feedback on it. This plug-in will be made available through the EEGLAB plug-in interface in the coming weeks.
