[Eeglablist] Handling boundary points in continuous data after manual rejection

Hello,

I wonder how EEGLAB handles the discontinuity in EEG data after manual
rejection of artifact and hence creating discontinuity (jump in signal at
the boundary points).

More specifically, if I try to get PSD of the signal (e.g. pop_spectopo),
would these discontinuities affect PSDs?

Thank you for your advice.
Amir
