[Eeglablist] Head model for effective connectivity analysis on EEG data

Dear Muhammad,

For channels, you may use ERPwavelab where there is a function that allows to show 2-D connection between channels http://www.erpwavelab.org/. I also have made a similar function myself with curved connection which is not public (but I can share it with you).

For 3-D plotting, there is a Matlab software for plotting connection in 3-D https://www.nitrc.org/projects/econnectome/. I am not sure the functions are reusable though. There is also the brainmovie3d function of SIFT although this is more to show connectivity between brain source than between channels https://sccn.ucsd.edu/wiki/SIFT
