[Eeglablist] PACT error inquiry

Dear Brian,

Thank you for sending me data for troubleshooting. I replicated the
reported problem, and could fix the problem. I updated the PACT to version
0.20. Please download the updated version of PACT to avoid the issue. Thank
you again for your patience and cooperation.
