Dear list,
I am having some issues with the fmrib- Toolbox. I am useing it on ubuntu 18 bionic and Matlab 2019a and EEGLab 14.1.2.
When I start either of the functions from the GUI (MRI- artifact removal or BCG- removal or QRS- detection) it crashes. It says "EEGLAB error in function fmrib_fastr() at line 578: Invalifd MEX-file '/usr/local/MATLAB/R2019a/toolbox/eeglab14_1_2b/plugins/fmrib1.21/prcorr2.mexa64':libstdc++.so.5: Cannot open shared-object-file: File not found" when I run the MRI- Artifact correction and "EEGLAB error in function qrscorrect() at line 256: Invalid MEX-file '/usr/local/MATLAB/R2019a/toolbox/eeglab14_1_2b/plugins/fmrib1.21/prcorr2.mexa64':libstdc++.so.5: Cannot open shared-object-file: File not found"
I read the notice on the downloadpage concerning the issues with the MEX- Files but I'm afraid I didn't get the point. Is there any practical workaround you could provide? Is there alternatively another way to deal with massive bcg- artifacts in EEGLab.
Thanks a lot in advance
Matthias
