[Eeglablist] Easycup 128 channels location and EGI polar coordinates

Dear EEGLAB, I need the channel location of the easy cup 128 channels, but
the link on the sccn page does not work. Could someone please provide me a
channel list for the easycup 128 channels?
Moreover, I was looking for the polar coordinates of the egi GSN hydrocel
128 channels. Is there a place where I could find them?
