[Eeglablist] 'pcakeep' with AMICA GUI

Hi all,

Hopefully a simple question here. I’m interested in using the ‘pcakeep’ option with AMICA but I’m not clear on how to do so using the GUI. Looking at the GUI help page it seems to point to the ‘sphering’ button but it’s not clear which I would need to pick. Could someone help guide me to the correct option selection?

Same question goes for the ‘pca’ option for the general ICA GUI.

I’m interested in doing this all in order to correct for interpolation of removed channels as part of data pre-processing (e.g. as recommended in Makoto’s steps).
