The Emotional Perception Lab (Department of Psychology, University of Bologna, Italy) is looking for a highly motivated Post-doctoral Research Scientist (full-time). Electronic application-- Deadline 7th of January.
Project: Emotional distractor filtering: Alpha oscillations and behavioral interference
The postdoc project will examine distractor filtering and emotional processing. The candidate will work collaboratively with Dr. Maurizio Codispoti investigating the impact of novelty and emotion on distractor filtering using both behavioral and EEG (oscillations/ERP) techniques. 

Applicants must hold a PhD in psychology (Cognitive Science) or Neuroscience.
The position is initially limited to 1 year and can be extended for a further 2 years.
