[Eeglablist] TBT v2.6.0 - Reject and Interpolate channels on a trial-by-trial basis

The TBT plugin has been updated to better support EEGLAB2019.x.

If you are not yet familiar with TBT, it allows for *rejection and
interpolation of channels on a trial-by-trial basis* (as opposed to
rejecting whole trials because of a single channel was faulty, or who
channels because they were faulty on one single trial).
