[Eeglablist] Inconsistent results using clean_artifacts

Dear Yarden and ASR users,

John's info is correct, but is valid only for old ASR. Now maintenance of
ASR was officially transferred to Arno and his new version solved this
problem. Please make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin
(also the name should have been changed.)
