Dear experts,
I am working on 42 datasets from an infant study. I have done time
frequency analysis on eeglab and got the topoplots. I know the channel
locations which are showing significantly different activity by simple gui
based t test. However, I want to do advanced statistics and would need to
extract a datasheet with
the absolute power for frequency of interest for each subject. I did the
analysis on gui. And tried to use the data cursor however it only plots x y
and z values. I think for my purpose I need to extract the values of the
colourmap for each channel location. Can you guys please help me with this.
I am kind of lost.
