[Eeglablist] pop_cleanline error

Dear Bhavin,

The clean_line plugin needs to be installed. You can download the zip file from https://sccn.ucsd.edu/eeglab/plugin_uploader/plugin_list_all.php and uncompress it in the plugins folder of EEGLAB.

I would advise to upgrade to EEGLAB 2019.1 as EEGLAB 13 is 5 years old. All of your scripts should be backward compatible.
