[Eeglablist] Compiling AMICA for NVIDIA GPU?

Dear Michael,

I don't know NVIDIA I heard of CAUDAMICA years ago developed by my former
colleague, but he told me that the implementation did not efficientize the
process.
CUDAICA was very successful. This is infomax based. I used it several times
and it was really fast.
