[Eeglablist] Help using LIMO BETA for STUDY

Hi Nastassja

Any design can be analyzed - second level for a regression is just the same (trial/subject) vs continuous data.
Might just be a version issue, as this tutorial (to finish) is for the WLS branch we will merge next month. Let me know if you still have problem - the sensible way to do it is calling limo_random_select.m (and/or share via google drive some data I can have a look).

Thx
cyril

Subject: Re: [Eeglablist] Help using LIMO BETA for STUDY

P.s.: I could figure out the problem. I just had to change the method from WLS to OLS and it ran the one-way ANOVA. However I have another question: I would like to perform a regression analysis with behavioural ratings in each trial as the continuous variable and the single-trial EEG data for multiple subjects. Unfortunately, it seems LIMO only accepts continuous variables in the single-subject level (e.g. it work if my continuous variable file would be the age of each participant, am I right?). If I didn't miss anything, may I ask if it's possible to run a regression analysis using single-trial behaviour vs single trial EEG data with LIMO? Thanks in advance again!

Subject: Help using LIMO BETA for STUDY

Hi all,

I hope this email finds you well. I have a question regarding LIMO: I am trying to use the BETA version for STUDY following these instructions: https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://github.com/LIMO-EEG-Toolbox/limo_meeg/wiki/1.-Preliminaries__;!!Mih3wA!RkwJ4aPNhG56DcBWPtYena29wkoXJUfbQIrFfJ1e0bI7YvkdgAm-ma3jUEKklWuIbFp3uQ$ but inputting my own data. Even after following tutorial instructions, in the very first step (i.e. when I try to compute an one-way ANOVA with 3 factors), I get an output saying that " The execution of the following job has failed : glm ;". This happens for all my subjects. Does anyone could help me to figure out what does it means? I don't know how to solve the problem by this error message.

Thanks in advance,

Nastassja
