Dear Nick,

Sorry for being unable to address the issue of PowPowCAT.
Today I released ver.1.10. If it does not work, please let me know. The GUI
was adjusted under Matlab 2017b.

The method paper was also (re-)submitted to a journal. Once accepted, I
will add reference to the Wiki page.
