[Eeglablist] Minimum Ram requirements for EEGLAB running in Octave?

The Wiki says 4 GB is minium for EEGLAB. But is this based on Matlab 
minimal requirements?  Octave Windows version is less than 200 MB to 
download, EEGLAB developer version is 24 MB to download. What is the 
minimum of RAM EEGLAB can run in Octave?
