[Eeglablist] Events label vs conditions label

Hello everyone,

I am currently preprocessing some EEG data. Specifically, I have 40 minutes
of continuous data within which I have different conditions that I am
trying to highlight by adding some markers. However, when I do automatic
epoching rejection, EEGlab deletes some of them. I guess it is because
EEGlab considers them as events?

I am wondering if there is any specific way to differentiate events (i.e.
ERPs) from markers (e.g. change of conditions, external measurement taken,
etc.). I am just doing a frequency analysis, but I really need EEGlab not
to cancel the condition markers I add.
