Hi Agatha,

I'll let Arno respond about the marking feature for continuous data. 

Regarding my alternative approach, what do you mean by "dragging doesn't work there"? Selecting bad segments manually with your mouse on the plot?
You can do that with Plot > Channel data (scroll) or command pop_eegplot(EEG,1,1,1). Click Reject and apply the code I sent (make the copy EEG2 = EEG before plotting and rejecting of course).
