Hi Paola,

This tuto page should help you do this: https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://eeglab.org/tutorials/10_Group_analysis/study_statistics.html__;!!Mih3wA!Gldw6gz1LAdUO680yz9M1AF4QV5k2fj2B8fGBsAukmo9No4bh-DRdme699xSMvmYUB4kAamfj9MXmkYdGKtkjJZt-w$

To plot the difference between 2 conditions: STUDY > Plot channel measures > STATS > check the box "Compute 1st independent variable statistics".
To plot scalp topographies: PARAMS > select your time range > Select "Plot averaged topography over time"

And don't forget to select corrections for multiple comparisons in the STATS window as well to control for type 1 error (e.g., permutation statistics, fdr-correction).
