[Eeglablist] ROI connect preprocessing recommendations

Hello EEGLAB community,

I am interested in using the ROI connect plug in. I am reading the NueroImage manuscript, and it looks like a great tool. The preprocessing steps suggested by the manuscript do not mention ICA rejection of eye/muscle, or ASR rejection of high amplitude segments of data. Should these be retained when using the plug in?
