Hi,
Depends on the frequency bin and resolution you need. e.g. for 1 hz, you’d want probably 4-s windows to capture the cycles. Otherwise, 2 or 4-second windows are commonly used. If I remember correctly, roiconnect segments into 2-s epochs so that might be your best choice here.
