[Eeglablist] Extracting Power

Dear EEGlab list,

I'm following a few tutorials online regarding how to plot time_frequency for certain electrodes using the plot --> channels and function spectrum, but I don't see where this data is stored. How can I extract the actual time frequency power as a variable for each electrode? I'm currently using the EEGlab version 2021. Thanks in advance.
