[Eeglablist] pre-processing

Hello,
I don't know how to use Matlab at all. I am learning data pre-processing and was cleaning my dataset. At the step before I reached ICA I tried to scroll the data and I got this error (pictured).

I don't know what it means and how I could have caused it.
I closed Matlab and the working window and I don't even see the code script anymore.
I wouldn't know how to restore it, but mostly I would like to understand how to fix this error, because it happened to me.
