[Eeglablist] How to interpret this ERSP plot?

This plot I got from EEGLAB did not look like a typical ERSP (too large for mailing list so it's online, tested and clean):

I am hoping to get some guidance on what happened there and suggestions on the next step.

How I got these plots: I used the EEGLAB GUI (version 2023.0) to put my 24 subjects (3 task conditions each) into an EEGLAB study then used the GUI to run time-frequency analysis.

The epoch of interest was the fixation period after receiving a feedback, as the subjects prepared to respond to the next trial based on the feedback. The 3 task conditions were: negative feedback, first positive feedback, and repeated positive feedback.
