[Eeglablist] Repeated measures ANCOVA in LIMO eeg

Greetings to everyone in the eeglab community.

Our lab recently conducted a within-subject visual ERP study, where participants viewed images from two distinct sets presented in a pseudorandomized order. We also collected trait-level psychometric measures for each participant.

We performed a repeated-measures ANOVA and found significant main effects of image set. However, we are also interested in whether these effects interact with individual trait measures (e.g., whether the effect is stronger among individuals high in a particular trait).

We understand that LIMO EEG currently does not support repeated-measures ANCOVA. Is there a known workaround or any custom code that could be used to perform this type of analysis?

Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
