[Eeglablist] eeglab broken after latest Matlab and EEGlab installed

Hello,

I just installed the latest Matlab, followed by the latest EEGlab. Now I am stuck. Here are the details:

Then I installed the latest EEGLAB version:

Download eeglab2025.0.0
Put in folder D:\downloads\EEGlab\eeglab_current
Start Matlab
Load eeglab.m from :\downloads\EEGlab\eeglab_current\eeglab2025.0.0
Enter eeglab in CmdWnd, <return>
Shows EEG lab window, only File and Help menu items available
Chose File, Import data, Use EEG functions, from vhdr file

Below is what I got:

You are using the latest version of EEGLAB.
Using option file in directory C:\Users\Jeff
Error using plugin_askinstall (line 51)
Cannot find bva-io extension, use EEGLAB Extension Manager to install it

Error using matlab.ui.internal.controller.WebMenuController/fireMenuSelectedEvent (line 85)
Error while evaluating Menu Callback.

Then I tried  Manage Extensions and got this:

Then I tried to find HTML graphics in the Preferences menu - was not there.

What should I try next?
