[Eeglablist] Manual installation of eeglab plugins

Dear Phillip,
to install eeglab plugins manually, you have to download first the plugin
files from eeglab web page and then after unziping them, paste each folder
in the installation folder of eeglab in the plugins subfolder. Then restart
the eeglab from Matlab and the plugins will be installed automatically.
