[Eeglablist] Removing artifact components changes data lenght

Hi,
I’ve encountered a problem that I have no idea where it comes from. If anybody knows the answer, I will be eternally grateful for the response!
I used visual rejection to reject large artifacts from (continuous resting state) data, which significantly shortened my EEG signal. Then I performed ICA and automatic rejection of components flagged as artifacts. And now my data lenght went BACK to what I had before visual rejection. Why? For example, I have data lenght 300 seconds, then I rejected visually (manually) large artifacts and it shortened it to 200 seconds. Then, after automatic ICA artifacts rejection, my epoch lenght is again 300 seconds. What could be the reason?
Kind regards
Piotr Buczkowicz
