Hi Mirella,
It sounds like the epoch time limits were different when the datasets were
created (by epoching continuous data on an event).
You can either recreate the epoched data using the same epoch limits, or for
the datasets that have 410 point, you can try to epoch again changing the
epoch time limits to the same used in the 400 point datasets. If you do
pop_epoch or use the gui and use the same epoch time limits, and the
sampling rate is the same, then the epochs should have the same length.
Best,
Jason

Subject: [Eeglablist] different points
Dear Colleagues,
I have an issue with EEGLAB, some ERP set have 400 pnts and other 410. I am
not then able to run the Grand Average. Is there a way to fix this issue?
Thanks!!
