Not an EEGLAB plugin (yet), but you could use the NeuroFreq toolbox (https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://github.com/erawls-neuro/NeuroFreq__;!!Mih3wA!AKnOxKkn7SWjT3Q0gqvdNl-XDLg8vSpRBV7rTjcf7luf10f-XINI3W0x8as7vsMZwD-wgEfiI4Q8dHMYi5_uaw$ ). It includes Hilbert-based TF calculation, and also includes a utility for parameterizing time-frequency surfaces created using any method including Hilbert (as example see our recent paper in Psychophysiology: https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/pdf/10.1111/psyp.70073__;!!Mih3wA!AKnOxKkn7SWjT3Q0gqvdNl-XDLg8vSpRBV7rTjcf7luf10f-XINI3W0x8as7vsMZwD-wgEfiI4Q8dHMye0N5Lw$ ). However, I would definitely not ever recommend parameterizing a restricted power spectrum (for example, only 4-8 Hz), as I strongly suspect that would not provide an accurate measure of the aperiodic spectrum.

Subject: [Eeglablist] Can EEGLAB do Hilbert transform?

[This email originated from outside of UNCW]

Dear all,

Is there any current plugin or interface that is available for Hilbert
transform? For example, I'd like to filter 4-8 Hz and then apply Hilbert
transform to obtain spectral power. Also, is FOOOF applicable on Hilbert
transform-based spectrum?

Best Regards,
Jinwon Chang
