[Eeglablist] Announcing GEDAI: A new EEGLAB Plugin for unsupervised artifact correction

Hi George,

I have identified the problem.

The GEDAI.m arguments block syntax will not work in MATLAB 2018. The
arguments block for function argument validation was introduced in *MATLAB
R2019b*.

Hence, I have modified the *GEDAI v1.2* github code (and also the one
available through the EEGLAB Extension Manager) to now be compatible with
earlier Matlab versions.

Please repeat the same steps as previously advised and let me know if it
works 🤞
