[Eeglablist] ROIConnect PAC question

Hello Everyone,

I am using ROIConnect to compute PAC from resting state EEG. I then average the values from ROIs that compose specific Major Brain Networks and correlate them with behavioral outcomes. The results are interesting, but the direction of the brain-behavior correlations are the wrong direction.

The PAC values I am using are extracted from the b_anti_norm matrix. I am only using the values above the diagonal. Is this the best way to extract the PAC, or should I use the bottom of the diagonal or even perhaps average both the top and bottom?
