[Eeglablist] Issues opening pop_biosig

I have been using eeglab for many years. Now I made a new setup under 
Ubuntu 25.10, with my Matlab 2023a and the newest Eeglab. When I try to 
use pop_biosig, the only response I get is "pop_biosig is installed". 
This is both inside EEGLab end stand alone.  There seems to be issues 
with Matlab and the newest Ubuntu. Suggestions for work arounds?
