[Eeglabnews] EEGLAB version 4.311 now available

EEGLAB version 4.311 is now available from http://www.sccn.ucsd.edu/eeglab/
Since only 2 files have been affected, you may also download them 
(dipplot() <http://sccn.ucsd.edu/eeglab/allfunctions/dipplot.m> and 
pop_mergeset() 
<http://sccn.ucsd.edu/eeglab/allfunctions/pop_mergeset.m>) and save them 
in the "functions" subdirectory of EEGLAB version 4.31.

This new release fixes one major problem in EEGLAB 4.31, which concerns 
the dipplot() dipole plotting function. In EEGLAB 4.31 (but not EEGLAB 
4.301), when plotting components with 2 dipoles, the orientation of the 
dipole was corrupted about 50% of the time.  Belows are the changes in 
this new revision:

* *dipplot()*: fixed dipole orientation problem when plotting two dipoles.
* *pop_mergeset()*: fixed 'urevent' merging.
