I'm using FMRLAB to do ICA on a 4-D ANALYZE format data (.img) with 188 scans. As in the threads before, I used MRICRO to convert fmri time series data to one 4D file. And thank you Frank for your generous help!
I got the error "ICA: invalid number of channels". Any hint of what happened? It seems an error message from ica.exe. I think I set all the parameters correctly-FOV, image dimension, number of scans, dummy, TR etc.
Also is time slicing a must? I didn't do that before I did ICA. Would that be a problem? When I do time slicing, how do I know if I need to choose interleaved or ascending or descending?
