Depression
This 200+ subject database from John J.B. Allen at the U of Arizona, Tucson is a wealth of information about young adults with various levels of depressive symptoms from current major depression to never-depressed individuals.
In this dataset, which spans up to 4 sessions per subject, we will analyze the spatial distribution of specific alpha modulators to answer the question of whether observed alpha asymmetries between frontal electrodes is actually due to alpha power emanating from frontal components. We will also look at source distribution differences between all the depression groups (major depression, history of depression, no depression).
