[Eeglablist] Plug-in for FMRI-Environment Artifact Removal

A plug-in from the University of Oxford Centre for Functional MRI of the 
Brain (FMRIB), which allows the removal of FMRI-related artifacts from 
EEG data is now available. These tools are designed to work within the 
EEGLAB environment, providing a GUI to remove FMRI gradient artifacts, 
detect QRS complexes from an ECG channel, and remove pulse 
(ballistocardiographic/BCG) artifacts from the EEG.  All of the tools 
can also be used from the Matlab command line, providing expert users 
with the ability to use them in custom scripts.  The plug-in, a tutorial
