[Eeglablist] Electrode placement for the mu rhythm

Dear Deirdre,

the Wolpaw team which uses the mu rythm to control cursor in their brain 
computer interface program usually use C3 (or C4). See figure 1 of the 
paper we wrote using some of data they sent us.
