[Eeglablist] Importing data from CeegraphCeegraph

Hi,

My EEG is recorded by Ceegraph system, a product of Bio-Logic Systems.
I have some GUI software provided by the company to convert its EEG and event
files to text, and from there, after some text scripting I load it to EEGlab. 
This is a tedious job as there is no batch mode and you must process all files
one by one.
Does anyone has any other SW or Matlab code that can solve this?
