yes, the ocular correction using EEGlab is possible, and very useful. EEGlab offers several tool to detecting the ocular artifacts in the command TOOLS>Rejecting data epochs, described in the tutorial help.
But the most efficent method to performing ocular correction is the ICA, the Independent Component Analysis (TOOL>running ICA); if you don't know the basical ICA's theory, you can get this reference:
