[Eeglablist] Plotting single channels

The nice function axcopy pops up, in a new figure, a copy of a
displayed axis and its data upon mouse click.  Just add it to nearly*
any plotting function or script to get this effect.

*Axes covered by another (sometimes invisible) axis cannot be copied
in this way.
