Dear Brion,

yes, that is quite easy since you can set the channel indices you want  
to set the threshold on. However you will not be able to visualize  
both rejection simultaneously . You will have to first reject the  
epochs based on scalp electrode activity, then reject epochs based on  
EOG activity (or vice versa).
