[Eeglablist] does electrode order have to be same across SS at study level?

Dear Agatha,

the order of the electrode does not need to be the same. EEGLAB was programmed to handle different channel orders. This said, for consistency and reliability, I would advise you to use the same electrode order.
We will revise the warning message to make it more informative.
