Hi Douglas,
What is the error message you're getting?

I noticed another similar question on the list a few days back, but I don't think they've gotten an answer yet either. I've worked with CTF data in EEGLAB before so I can try to take a look for you, but I'm traveling right now and it's going to be a few more days before I have access to my CTF files to play with.

Dear Experts,

We are trying to read CTF MEG files into EEGLAB to utilize ICA. The EEGLAB website does indicate that it reads CTF files. The program does read in the CTF *.ds file but does not seem to find the sensor locations. Does any one have any experience with this?

We can output the CTF sensor positions in CTF software to obtain a text file with sensor names and xyz locations (though we may have to alter the x and y columns depending on the default reference frame in EEGLAB. We note that EEGLAB can read txt files for XYZ locations. however, some aspect of our file format must be incorrect as the program gives error messages. Is the file format listed somewhere for the txt xyz files? How would I convert to LOCS format?

We would be most appreciative if someone could help us with us as it has been a stumbling block for us.

Doug
