[Eeglablist] pop_prop error when Signal processing toolbox IS installed....?

Dear Natalie,

go in the menu 

File > Memory and other options

and uncheck "Do not use Matlab toolboxes even if they are present". This might be the issue.
You might have to add the toolbox back by hand, something like

addpath('/Applications/MATLAB_R2012a.app/toolbox/signal/signal/');
