[Eeglablist] SNR effect

Dear Kais,

Sorry for slow response. It depends on your definition of signal (I guess
you are speaking in the context of BCI or machine learning...) If your
target is SSVEP then your signal is defined by the stimulus. If you are
talking about resting state measurement, your signal should be occipital
alpha. There must be individual differences, and the central frequency of
the occipital alpha could vary from 6 to 14 depending of subject age and
arousal etc.
