[Eeglablist] Component clustering - problem with dividing each subject into different epochs

Dear Naga,

Maybe you misunderstood something basic.
In your Subject 1, let's say there are 25 epochs in condition A. This means
there are 25 trials. If you check your size(EEG.data) of the Subject 1, it
should be (x,x,25) notice the third one is 25-this means it has 25 epochs.

As long as you have these 25 epochs under the same condition, you'll have
only 1 IC for it, not 25.

Why don't you tell me the factorial design of your experiment?

Makoto
