[Eeglablist] import biosemi 128 channel data into EEGLAB and channel location file

Hi Guofa,

I have attached a standard channel location file for biosemi 128, adapted
from the .xls spreadsheet found here:
http://www.biosemi.com/download/Cap_coords_all.xls
