When running ICA, runica in particular, does it use every cpu core/thread available of the computer?

For example: If your computer has 10 cores/20 threads, would ruinca use all 10 core/20 threads for processing by default?

If so, is there a way to limit the number cores/threads used, e.g. 5 cores/10 threads?
